Clicking on the view map icon will display your map on the screen.
The first time you use the site as a registered user, you will be asked to choose the way you want to view it.
Clicking on the email to friend icon will allow you to send your maps and all its content (travel notes and pictures) to your friends and family.
Clicking on the create a travel note icon will redirect you to the page to start writing your notes and upload pictures for this map.
Clicking on the Map information icon will bring you back to the map information page where you will be able to edit its information..
Clicking on the email to friend icon will redirect you to the "Your Continento maps" page..
This action will delete the selected map and all its content.
Please check first before deleting a map.
The "view location" icon allows you to check if the location selected is the correct one.
A small window will open and a preview of the map and the location selected will be shown.
The "select location" icon will set the corresponding location as a point on your map.
You will, then, be able to write some travel notes for this location.
The "view travel note" icon will redirect you to a page where you can check what notes you have entered for this point on the map.
The "edit travel note" icon will allow you to edit the information you entered for this travel note.
The "delete travel note" icon will delete this travel note and all its component.
The "view map" icon will display your map and all its travel notes.
The "edit map" icon will allow you to edit the information you entered for this map.
The "delete map" icon will delete this map and all its component.
The "view all maps" icon will display all the maps you have created.
The "create a travel note" icon will allow to create a new travel note for the selected map.
The "add images" icon will allow you to add/edit images to your travel note.
The "edit location" icon will allow you modify the location of this travel note (example: Change London to Paris).
The "view all travel note" icon will display all your travel note for this map.
The "Change mode" icon will allow you to select a different view to see your map.
The "satellite mode" icon will display your map using a satellite imagery. Click on the icon to go back to the other view.
The "map labels" icon will display the name of your travel notes location on the map.
The "toggle world view" icon will display your map on a bigger scale. Click on the icon to go back to the other view.
The "Send a message" icon allow non-registered continento users to send messages to the map creator.
The "Print map" icon will display all the content of your map (travel notes and images) in a friendly way to allow you to print your travel when coming back home.
The "Send a message" icon will allow you to view members who have visited the same locations than you and send them a message. You will also be able to view members who visted a location by browsing the country list.
The "View message" icon will display the message in its integratility, you will aslo be able to respond to the message.
The "Respond to message" icon will allow you to respond to the message sender.
By clicking on the "Delete message" icon, the selected message will be permanently deleted from your continento messages box.
By clicking on the "View travel tip" icon, you will able to read the full content of the tip.
The "Edit travel tip" icon will allow you to edit your tip and resave it.
By clicking on the "Delete travel tip" icon, the selected tip will be permanently deleted from your continento travel tips box.
By clicking on the "View all travel tips" icon, you will be able to browse through all travel tips present in the database.
By clicking on the "Add travel tips" icon, you will be able write a new travel tip and share it with other members.
By clicking on the "Send a message to buddie" icon, you will be able write a message to this member.
By clicking on the "Delete buddie from my list" icon, you will be able remove this member from your buddie list.
By clicking on the "Add a buddie to my list" icon, you will be able Add a member to your buddie list.
By clicking on the "Continento Discussion Forum" icon, you will be redirect to the categories page of the forum.
By clicking on the "Add a new Post" icon, you will be able to write a post on the selected forum category.
By clicking on the "Search for a Post" icon, you will be able to search through all the items posted on the forum.
By clicking on the "Cheapflights.co.uk" icon, you will be able to check prices for flights & accomodations for this city.
